Cancer cannot....
This was posted by a good friend. Carolin wanted it put on the top level.
What Cancer Cannot Do
Cancer is so limited....
It cannot cripple love
It cannot shatter hope
It cannot corrode faith
It cannot destroy peace
It cannot kill friendship
It cannot supress memories
It cannot silence courage
It cannot invade the sole
It cannot steal eternal life
It cannot conquer the spirit
......
On the weekend Carolin made it to watch Jessica's snowboarding lessons on Sunday. She's very intent on watching Jessica in her daily events. This proved to be a long day and she was in bed about 5 pm. This week she's doing Herceptin on Monday, and getting radiation on her neck on Tuesday. On Friday "home care" is making a second visit. They're providing whatever is needed to keep Carolin home instead of at the hospital.

Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I am sorry that you are facing this terrible time. I have always admired your courage since I met you at our 'photo shoot'. If there is anything I can do at all to help please let me know.

Hello Carolin;
You and your family are in our prayers - your courage is incredible, I wish I was closer and could be there to lend you and your family a hand with the daily routine.

Sandy, please call me and let me know if your family needs anything (247-5097). I would be available any weekend to run errands, bring food, anything. I would love to visit with Carolin but I don't want to call and disturb her. Praying for comfort for all of you during this difficult time. Jan Parent

Glad to hear you are getting some help from home care. I hope the neck radiation gives Carolin some relief. I am so sorry that you are all going through this awful time. I hope that knowing that so many people care is a small comfort.
